End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: July 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the application developer ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of this application.

By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

This license is for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

2. Ownership

The application, including its software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and all related intellectual property rights, remains the property of the developer or its licensors.

This Agreement grants you only the right to use the application and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

You agree not to:

  • Copy or redistribute the application.
  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application except where permitted by law.
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices.
  • Use the application in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any files, chat exports, media, or other content that you import into the application.

You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content you import, store, export, or share using the application.

5. Subscriptions

Certain features require an optional auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Subscription payments are charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings.

6. Third-Party Services

The application may use third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Apple App Store
  • RevenueCat
  • Google Firebase
  • Google AdMob

Your use of these services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Updates

We may provide updates, bug fixes, security improvements, or new features.

Some updates may be required for continued use of the application.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

  • The application will operate without interruption.
  • The application will be error-free.
  • The application will meet your specific requirements.
  • Imported or exported data will always be accurate or recoverable.

Your use of the application is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the application.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of business
  • Device malfunction
  • Service interruptions
  • Lost profits

10. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you fail to comply with this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must stop using the application and remove all copies from your devices.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication.

Your continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
