You are solely responsible for:

  • Photos
  • Videos
  • Audio
  • Documents
  • Any exported files created using the application

We do not claim ownership of your imported content.

3. Premium Subscription

The application offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Premium features may include:

  • Ad-free experience
  • Unlimited premium tool usage
  • Unlimited PDF exports
  • Unlimited backups and restores
  • Advanced analytics and insights

Subscription prices are displayed before purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account after purchase confirmation.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

4. Free Features

Certain features of the application are available free of charge.

Some features may have usage limits or require a premium subscription.

These limitations may change in future updates.

5. Advertisements

The free version of the application may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services.

Purchasing a premium subscription may remove advertisements where applicable.

Imported chats, media, backups, and generated files are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or delete them.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
